As it has always been our foremost goal to deliver an impeccable chauffeured service to every customer and client, we have shown our capability of exhibiting this goal in another dimension and with another important client; this time around, it is with one of the biggest airlines in the world, Emirates Group.

Being an establishment that understands the efficacy of placing importance in employee satisfaction, the Emirates Group Staff Platinum Programme was established to allow all employees associated with the Group benefit discounted offers across all industries, including transportation. It was not difficult to accept our interest in the programme in the year 2010, as the organizers sighted, understood and keyed into our vision of providing the most comfortable and memorable luxury transportation to our customers. Having delivered and fulfilled this promise for four years, we were included in the mobile application when it was launched in 2014.

As expected, this partnership would not have been renewed over the years if we had not been able to deliver an unmatched chauffeured service to an array of platinum cardholders. It is in this vein that one of the representatives of the programme appreciated our efforts in satisfying respective cardholders. In his words, “…it is a pleasure having you in our programme. We are extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism displayed so far by both the company (Royal Smart Limousine) and the chauffeurs throughout the contract which just elapsed…” Not only are we thrilled with this acknowledgement but we are also delighted about another opportunity given to us to prove our determination in maintaining our indefatigable desire to provide our customers a Smart Experience each time they ride with us.
